Course fee: $60 per week / $220 for four weeks
Age: Students in ages 5 to 12
This course will provide students with a variety of exercises that directly translate into overall fitness. In this four–week course, students will practice the basic techniques for sports such as soccer (strengthen legs) and baseball (strengthen arms). In addition, the focus of boot camp is to increase cardiovascular efficiency and strength while promoting camaraderie and team effort. Boot camp includes dynamic stretching and running, lifting weight/objects, pulling rubber, push-ups, sit ups as well as plyometric.
As a bonus, our campers will also be able to participate in two days of swimming.
