In this four – week course students will practice the basic technique of sports such as soccer (strengthen legs), baseball (strengthen arms), boot camp which also promotes camaraderie and team effort, increases cardiovascular efficiency and, strength. Boot camp includes dynamic stretching and running, lifting weight/objects, pulling rubber, push-ups, sit ups as well as plyometric.
This course will provide students with a variety of exercises that directly translate into overall fitness.
As a bonus, our campers will also be able to participate in two days of swimming.
